The new Seawind 1600 will be presented at the Boast Show boot Düsseldorf, which takes place in Düsseldorf, Germany 23-31 January.

Designed by world renowned yacht designers Reichel/Pugh, this 52 foot catamaran is described by Seawind as “The perfect balance of cruising comfort and performance sailing. Using high end composite construction materials and techniques, the Seawind 1600 is pitched at the sailor who is looking for something a little extra. With simple sailing systems, twin protected helms and a large open cockpit space, this blue water cruising catamaran sets the standard for offshore sailing.
As Seawind’s flagship blue water cruiser, this catamaran offers state of the art equipment and a world class luxury fitout. The 1600 interior will be offered in both “European” (…) and “Traditional” finishes.”.

The Seawind 1600 has two moulded hulls & decks, exterior gelcoat finish with moulded-in non-slip surface on deck areas.
The interiors offers a spacious saloon with a dining table and sitting area that accommodates eight people and has plenty of cupboards and storage, an in-built wine storage and entertainment area.
The galley is roomy with a fridge and freezer, three burner LPG stove with oven, double sink, microwave and plenty of storage space.

The starboard hull houses the owner’s stateroom, fitted with a queen sized bed.

Guest cabins are fitted with single beds that can be converted to a queen sized bed too.
