Follow their progress as they go Round Britain this season.

Don’t forget to keep a weather eye out this summer for Motor Boats Monthly’s Sealine F36 Missing Link as she makes her way around the coast of Great Britain, with detours to Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands.

On the magazine’s 1999 Grand Tour, they plan to visit as many of the major harbours and marinas on the route as possible. This will be a great opportunity to find out what is happening in your area, and to meet up with as many readers as possible. They will also be bringing you some of the most topical reporting ever attempted in a boating magazine, direct to both printed and electronic pages.

You can see the provisional schedule for the first month on this page. To keep up with any changes of plan, and with events as they happen, visit the MBM site, dial up our Faxback service or ring the MBM Cruising Club line. Finally, remote communications are one thing, but we’ll be hoping to meet up with you in person. If you see Missing Link and her travel-weary crew, please hop aboard. You’ll be most welcome.
