Moreover, visitors to the event will also be able to see live demonstrations of how Premier’s specialist marine forklift lifts boats from the dry stack and launches them into the water.

Graham Bristowe, Portsmouth Harbour General Manager commented, “This weekend event is about showcasing the very best RIBS, powerboats and motorboats that are suitable for stacking at our dry stack facilities at Gosport, Swanwick and Falmouth. Gosport in particular is the perfect site for dry stack as it offers 24-hour immediate access to the world-renowned boating pleasures of the Solent and Portsmouth Harbour”.

“It will a valuable show for those who are keen boating enthusiasts who want to know about the benefits of dry stack and for serious buyers who want to view a variety of boat brands. We believe this open format with free entry is a great way to promote our dry stacks as the convenient alternative to towing, launching and recovery”.
